What methods of payment do you accept at Saunas Online?
Purchasing a sauna on Saunas Online is made easy with our shopping cart or other methods of payment. American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa is all accepted here at Saunas Online. You can also choose to use the Google Checkout system. Saunas Online will only charge your card once your sauna has been shipped to you. (Gift certificates are redeemed once the item leaves our warehouse).
What are the shipping charges for my new bathtub?
We truly appreciate our customers at Saunas Online. So much that we offer FREE SHIPPING for all saunas purchased within the 48 contiguous United States. For locations such as Hawaii, Alaska, or international orders, please contact us via email. Please be sure to include the item number and shipping address for the most accurate shipping quote.
When will I receive my new sauna after placing my order?
Your new sauna’s delivery time depends upon the side of your sauna, availability and where you are located. Check your purchase confirmation for estimated delivery dates, which you should receive in your email.
Is it possible to track my order with Saunas Online?

Can I get samples or color swatches of your saunas?
At Saunas Online, we attempt to give you a very detailed and accurate product description possible. We provide high quality pictures of all saunas. Currently, we cannot provide wood samples of any saunas. We do, however, have our 30-day satisfaction guarantee if you decide you are not satisfied with your new sauna. Do not hesitate to call us with any questions or concerns or if you would like more pictures or more information on a specific sauna.

What if my new sauna arrives damaged? Is there a manufacturer's warranty?
It is unlikely that your new sauna should arrive in less than perfect condition. If that is the case, please note the visible damage before the delivery truck leaves. Please contact us ahead of time to determine your eligibility for a return/exchange before packing and shipping your sauna back. Please read our Returns and Exchanges page for more information. The majority of our saunas come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty. For additional information about a specific sauna’s warranty, please contact our customer service department.
